One Technologies is booming, but something is wrong. The companies’ acquisition of Meriweather Technologies and Titan, their supercomputer, is looking suspect. Austin-based FBI Agent Joe Grant is killed shortly after leaving a cryptic voicemail to his wife. The FBI, rather than leaning in, is backing off the investigation.
Mary, Joe’s wife, is left with two daughters, mounting bills, and a lot of questions. She crosses paths with Tank, a washed-up journalist with a drinking problem, but his grip on the bottle is matched with a tenacity that won’t let go of a story when he has one . . . if he can prove it and live!
Christopher Reich dives into the shadowy world of Big Brother. Invasion of Privacy is big data, murder, cover-up, and some pretty scary stuff. Yeah, you may want to get rid of that phone and turn off your WiFi.
